  This was a terrible experience. My first appointment at this place was cancelled two hours before my visit. I had to reschedule to the closest date, two weeks afterwards. This time, I got there before my appointment time and waited one hour before seeing anybody. The receptionist was not friendly and told me that I was late to the appointment When I asked how long more I needed to wait (which is not true). I showed her the confirmation text that I received from them proving her wrong. She never apologized and said their system said 2:15pm instead of 2:45pm. Anyway, once inside, I told the doctor about a recent incident which she didn't seem alarmed about and just listened as she was staring at her screen. She then asked: "so you don't need treatment for that?", and I said "well, you tell me if I do, doctor " to which she just replied " if you know the trigger and avoid it , you should be fine." She never explained the situation or why I was experiencing it, just brushed though that. I could've talked to anyone in the streets with no degree and gotten a better answer. I was very unhappy with how long I waited and how little care was shown to me.

  Having moved several times in my life I've been to many practices. Pointe Med is a great practice! Yes, they are usually always busy but that's b/c Dr. Bernard is a great doctor and highly sought after. Just today they worked to get me in to be seen. I'm so thankful for a place that does care about my physical well being.
