- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My son got great and convenient care at both offices in OP and FI. We moved out of state before the end of his care and I was shocked that they charged $150 for his records to be transferred, which is not covered by the insurance. His braces treatment had been paid in full. After I called the office, they are reimbursing us for the "cost" of the removal of braces and the retainers that were not going to be performed by them.. So after they take the $150 for his records, we get only $325 reimbursed and have to pay $1484 for transfer care to another orthodontist to do what, $475 worth of work?? Patient records should go to the patient regardless, in my opinion.May 10, 2017by Angie Reger
